Using this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading them carefully. E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL assumes the right to modify these provisions without further notice. The most recent version can be accessed on this page.

 

Your access/visit to this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use, implies your explicit acceptance of them and represents the agreement between the parties.

 

The relationship between the parties is governed by the following normative acts:

 

• Government Decree No. 21/1992 on consumer protection

• Gov. Decree No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals

• Law No. 363/2007 on combating unfair practices of traders in their relations with consumers and harmonizing regulations with European legislation on consumer protection

• Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce
   

Terms and definitions:
 

• Buyer –  natural or legal person who places an order on the website www.evagrace.ro;

• Seller –   the company  E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL  with headquarters in Vadurele (Candesti), Neamt , registered in the Trade Register under number J2023001002273, fiscal registration code 48914622;

• Website –  the domain www.evagrace.ro and its subdomains;

• Order – an electronic document  that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Seller agrees to deliver the goods, and the Buyer agrees to receive the goods and make payment for them.

• Contract  – represents an order confirmed by the Seller.

• Goods –   any product to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.
  
   

Intellectual and industrial property rights

E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL guarantees the user limited access, for personal interest (placing online orders, information), to the website www.evagrace.ro  and does not grant the user the right to download or modify the website in part or in full, to reproduce the website in part or in full, to copy, sell/resell or exploit the website in any other manner, for commercial purposes or without its prior written consent.

 

The entire content of the website www.evagrace.ro - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics elements, emails, scripts, programs and other data - is the property of E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL and its suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Protection Law (Law No. 8/1996) and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use without the consent of E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to the legislation in force.

 

The domain www.evagrace.ro is owned by E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL. The use of this trademark, domain or trade names, logos and emblems, in direct or "hidden" form (such as, but not limited to, meta tags or other indexing techniques, web search) without prior written permission is prohibited and punishable by law.

 

Information about products, orders, price policy

E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL reserves the right to select its customers. The products sold through www.evagrace.ro are new, offered under the conditions of compliance with the provisions of this document and within the limits of available stock. 

The products presented on www.evagrace.ro are sold by E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL. Prices, offers and product images can be changed at any time. Check the final selling price before purchasing a product.

The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established by the sales consultant at the time of confirming the order as a firm order, or, in the case of orders with online payment, this price will be the one published on the site at the time of purchase.
Customers will also be informed about the status of the order, the processing time of the order, its delivery time, by phone or e-mail.

E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL guarantees the quality of the information presented, the correctness of the descriptions, the updating of the content, the quality of the products on the site. The images published on the site are real images of the products sold, with the mention that sometimes the color shades of the products may differ slightly, as a result of the photo execution process or because of the settings of the monitor on which the viewing is made.

 

For pre-orders, or personalized jewelry made at the customer's request, E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL reserves the right to request payment of the products in advance, in full or in part (minimum 40% of the order value), a non-refundable advance in the event that the customer later changes his mind and cancels the order. Simply placing a pre-order, without paying the advance, does not represent any obligation for either party. Advance payment can be made by payment order/bank transfer, or payment by credit card, through the payment link provided in advance. 

In the event that Eva Grace cannot fulfill your order, for example - if the product is no longer available or if the card payment was not validated/authorized by the payment processor, we will inform you via a refusal email. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.

Payment & delivery policy

You can purchase products from the website www.evagrace.ro using the following payment instruments:

Bank transfer:  Payment can be made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice, with the products being delivered after the amount (the total value of the invoice) has been credited to our account.

Online by bank credit card,  through the secure online payment system provided on the website.

You can make online payments with your personal or company credit card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fees are charged. 

 

The delivery of products is done by express courier (home delivery) or parcel locker.

Delivery is FREE for orders over 90 EUR. 

For orders under this threshold, the shipping fee will be displayed in the shopping cart.

The courier will be chosen for each order depending on the delivery area. The courier company may exceptionally experience delays related to their internal organization and for which we are not responsible.

During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be extended and you will be notified in advance.

The delivery time differs depending on the stock available for each product as follows:

- Products with the status In Stock are delivered in 3-5 business days;
- Products with the status Made to Order/ Pre-order are available in 10-15 business days from the placement of the order in our shop.

This category also includes personalized/handmade products, which have a special processing regime depending on the period of placing the order and the volume of products ordered. The delivery time will be communicated to the customer by e-mail or telephone.
We reserve the right to increase the delivery time, under special conditions, in which case the customer will be notified in advance.

Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct at the time of the checkout - we are not responsible for packages lost or not delivered because of this reason.


The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is considered concluded at the time of sending the order, once the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent.

In the event that the order cannot be honored due to insufficient product stock, a technical error on the site or other non-conformities that occurred during the processing of the order, you will be informed as soon as possible, and if it has already been paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your account. 

All images and details of the products presented on the site are for presentation purposes - E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL does not assume responsibility for any technical errors in price or stock.


Return policy

Customers may request the return of a product within 15 days  from the moment of taking physical possession of the purchased goods.
 

To return the products, please complete the Return Form , or send us an e-mail to  contact@evagrace.ro , and we will get back with a confirmation within 1-2 business days.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any import/ export taxes incurred.
For facilitating the return process, the courier can be sent by us to pick up the product you wish to return - in this case, the cost of return shipping is 9 EUR. Alternatively, you can ship the returned product(s) to our warehouse yourself, with a prior notification to us.


Only unused/unworn products can be returned, in the same condition in which they were delivered and accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which they were shipped.

The value of the product will be refunded within 14 days  from the date the product is physically received by E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL. When handing over the product to the courier company, it must be properly packaged (we recommend that the returned product be in its original box), in protective packaging, to prevent damage during transport. Eva Grace reserves the right to send the product back to you, with the shipping cost being borne by you, if it does not exactly meet the return conditions, reserving the right not to refund the value of the returned product in this case. 

The return costs are borne by the buyer, according to the law. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.

The return cost will be borne by Eva Grace only if the delivered product is defective/different from the one ordered.


An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed and the products have not been handed over to the courier.
If the order has already been paid for by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the customer's account within 1-5 business days, and if it was paid online by credit card, the issuing bank will unblock the blocked amount in the customer's account within 1-35 days, depending on its policy.

We reserve the right not to accept the receipt of return packages without prior written notification, as well as to select our customers.


Products without the right to return: 

Products that are made to order at the customer's request and are subject to Ord. 130/2000. Cap. 2, Art. 10: ''The consumer may not unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise: contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or of distinctly personalized products, as well as those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate quickly.''

Personalized products made to order can only be ordered with full payment in advance. For these products, cancellations, returns or exchanges are not possible once the order has been confirmed and sent to production.

Also, products that show physical changes, bumps, tears, scratches, chips, stains or signs of wear (traces of wear/use) will not be accepted for return. The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, unaltered in any way.

Products that have been tampered with or that have suffered mechanical shock will not be accepted.


The amount will be returned to the account from which the payment was initially made.

The refund will only be made to the account belonging to the person to whom the product was invoiced and who makes the return, it cannot be made to third parties.

The Privacy Policy

E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL  guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data hosted and transmitted through its computer system. This information may be used by E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL  to send to the user the order confirmation, various special offers, promotions, etc. only with the prior consent of the customer. Providing personal data to E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL does not imply any obligation on the part of the users, and they may refuse to provide this data and may request its deletion from the database free of charge.
Any such request/notification for the purpose of deleting it from the database will be sent by e-mail to contact@evagrace.ro.

Subscription and unsubscription to the newsletter

Subscription and unsubscription to the EVA GRACE website newsletter is free and voluntary, and implies acceptance of the following terms of use. The messages sent are not unsolicited and you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the footer of each email. The messages sent comply with the Electronic Commerce law regarding commercial communication as stipulated by European  and international legislation.

The use of the newsletter is made under the same conditions of limitation of liability in terms of content as the use of the site is authorized. E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL holds all rights to the content of the newsletter sent to subscribers under the same conditions as for the information published on the site, in accordance with the provisions of this document.



Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages related to the use of the Goods after delivery and in particular for their loss.
By placing Orders, the Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Site in the latest updated version that is communicated on the Site, existing on the date of placing the Order.

 

Applicable law

By using the website www.evagrace.ro, the user agrees that Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between users and the administrators of www.evagrace.ro or its associates/partners/affiliates. In the event of any conflicts, an attempt will be made to resolve them amicably first, and, if an amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in court, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

 

Service availability

E&G CONCEPT INTERNATIONAL SRL reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or subpage of the website www.evagrace.ro, at any time and at any free time interval chosen, having the right to interrupt temporarily or permanently, partially or completely the services made available to the public through this website without any prior individual or general notification.
