The warranty does not include products that have defects caused by blows, negligence, improper use, accidental breakage, or due to improper wear, unauthorized repairs/modifications carried out by third parties or by the buyer, or due to other factors not related to material or workmanship defects (see care rules below).
The warranty is also not granted for lost or stolen products.
According to law 449/2003, the buyer cannot request the replacement of the jewelry due to the falling of stones.
Oxidation of common alloy metals, semi-precious stones that present small cracks, imperfections, or color differences are not considered defects, this being their natural appearance.
In the event of a product defect, it is necessary to send the product to us, by courier, to our headquarters, in the original packaging. According to the legislation in force, the warranty period is 15 days from the date of notification of the defect by the customer. The payment of the transport for the products sent for the purpose of resolving the warranty is the responsibility of the buyer. The return of the repaired or replaced product will be paid by us.
Repairs for products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge, or the product will be replaced, if it is confirmed that a material or workmanship defect was the cause of the damage. If the jewelry cannot be repaired, the value of the damaged product will be returned.
Product maintenance recommendations
For correct maintenance of your jewelry, we recommend that you:
• wear it with care, open it with delicacy and attention;
• protect your jewelry from impacts, avoiding contact with water, cleaning products, cosmetics and chemicals;
• store your jewelry in its original packaging, or in other boxes intended for jewelry, in places protected from harmful factors, dust, moisture, etc.;
• avoid wearing your jewelry during physical/sports activities that produce excessive sweating, in the sauna/shower/swimming pool or while sleeping, to avoid damaging it; jewelry made of common metals is not intended for daily, uninterrupted wear;
• wear jewelry encrusted with stones with care, because their setting is vulnerable to mechanical shocks;
• after each wear, it is recommended to wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth.
