Shipping policy

To enjoy your ordered products as quickly as possible, we offer delivery by express courier or Locker/ Easybox. 

The products that are in stock are shipped by express courier and have a delivery time of 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped on Monday or on the next business day. 


Delivery is FREE for orders over 80 EUR. 

 For orders under this treshold, the shipping fee will be displayed in the shopping cart.

The courier will be chosen for each order depending on the delivery area. The courier company may exceptionally record delays related to their internal organization for which we are not responsible. 

We are not responsible for actual delays that may occur in the delivery process, after the package has been handed over to the courier company. 

During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be extended and you will be notified in advance.

Delivery time

Delivery time differs depending on the stock available for each product, as follows:

- Products with the status In Stock are delivered in 1-5 business days;
- Products with the status On Order/Preorder  are available in 10-25 business days.
This category also includes personalized/handmade products, which have a special processing regime depending on the period of order placement and the volume of products ordered. The delivery time will be communicated to the customer by e-mail or telephone.
We reserve the right to increase the delivery time, under special conditions, in which case the customer will be notified in advance.
