Product Warranty

All products on the website benefit from a 30-calendar-day warranty period, calculated from the date of their acquisition.

The warranty does not cover products with defects caused by impacts, negligence, improper wear or use, accidental breakage, or due to improper wear, unauthorized repairs/modifications carried out by third parties or the buyer, or other factors unrelated to material or manufacturing defects (see care instructions below).

Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to lost or stolen products.

According to Law 449/2003, the buyer cannot request the replacement of jewelry due to fallen stones.

The oxidation of common alloy metals, semi-precious stones showing small cracks, imperfections, or color differences are not considered defects, as this is their natural appearance.

In the event of a defect, you must send the product back to us, via courier, to our registered office address, in its original packaging. According to current legislation, the warranty claim resolution period is 15 days from the date the customer reports the defect. The cost of shipping for products sent for warranty resolution is the responsibility of the buyer. The return of the repaired or replaced product will be covered by us.

Repairs for products under warranty will be carried out free of charge, or the product will be replaced, if it is confirmed that a material or manufacturing defect caused the damage. If the jewelry cannot be repaired, the equivalent value of the damaged product will be refunded.


Product Maintenance Recommendations

For proper jewelry maintenance, we recommend:

• handling them with care, opening them delicately and attentively;
• protecting jewelry from impacts, avoiding contact with water, cleaning products, cosmetics, and chemicals;
• storing jewelry in its original packaging, or in other jewelry boxes, in places protected from harmful factors, dust, humidity, etc.;
• avoiding wearing jewelry during physical/sports activities that cause excessive sweating, in the sauna/shower/pool, or during sleep, to prevent damage; jewelry made of common metals is not intended for continuous daily use;
• handling jewelry encrusted with stones with care, as their setting is vulnerable to mechanical shocks;
• after each wear, it is recommended to wipe jewelry with a soft cloth.
